• Changed all .* permissions to .all (ex. gates.modify.* is now gates.modify.all
  + Added Permission gates.player
  - Gives player access to:
  gates.create gives player permission to create gates
  gates.use.self gives player permission to use their own gates
  gates.modify.self gives player permission to modify their own gates
  gates.destroy.self gives player permission to destroy their own gates

Does not work with 1.5.1-R0.2
