This is a hot-fix update.

- Fixed issues regarding RTP.
- The config now has comments to explain what each of the settings means.
- The plugin can now determine whether AMP is running or not on it's own without the need of the config.
- Disabled /vanish until next update.

- Vanish is not working, therefore it was disabled.
