New features (BIG UPDATE)

• /fm (in stead of /fullmaintenance)
• /fm motd [message] (setting the message from the motd ingame!)
• /fm message [message] (setting the kickmessage when maintenance is activated)
• /fm [int] (int is a number, with this you can do /fm 60 and it will wait 60 seconds before maintenance activates)
• Most of the messages are configurable
