1.7.7 is broken for SpiGot >= 1.8.4
1.7.7 is only supported for 1.8.1 i guess becase 1.8.1 is still 1.8R2(Vanilla Version) and 1.8.4 is allready 1.8R3. That means that the source code has different ressources and if ya use a plugin which only supports 1.8R2 it can't use the R3 stuff.
Which leads me to this question: @Howaner könntest du möglicherweise relativ zeitnah ein R3 Update machen?
@XNoki200010
Better update to 1.8.6 ;) PLEASE :)
Please update for spigot 1.8.4 :)
Thanks! :)
Does this work with 1.7.10 Cauldron?
Our network is running 1.8.3 and it doesn't work. No errors are shown in the console but it doesn't work either.
Hope you have an update.
Thanks
@TMFKSOFT
Quick update, When converting to the palette using "Floyd-Steingberg (Reduced color-bleeding)" in GIMP you can darastically improve your images :D
On the left is the image using my palette and converted using GIMP, on the right is the image directly imported using FramePicture with no modifications. Comparison Image

Hope this helps :P
Great plugin! Love it, Works fine with Spigot 1.8, Assuming you use the ProtocolLib from the Spigot Plugin Site.
I found that Minecraft limits image colours to its own palette. I've put some effort in to create a palette image that works with any image program that can create a palette from an image.
I'll keep the image above updated with any changes.
To use with GIMP simply open the image in GIMP then import the image as a color palette. You may want to use GIMP (or other program) to change to the palette for an image. It appears to do a better job than Minecraft/FramePicture does.
Hope this helps :P
Hi ! thank you for your plugin ! good job !
but I have 2 smalls problems : I can't change TickDelay and CacheOnStart, I find errors in Config.java : I tried to correct but I can not compile in .class if this can help you :

Hi, I need v1.7.4 for 1.7.10 pls...
When i make 6 Pictures with Framepicture in my map, then the FPS rate is verry smal there, by the Pictures. When i run to other Point in MAP, where no Pictures, then FPS is normal or high.

Is it possible to make the frame transparent when using a picture? It will look awesome if you use png stuff
@H3llBz
how did you get it to work with 1.8.3? ;)
I'm working with the latest spigot build and am getting the following.
[14:22:31] [Server thread/INFO]: [FramePicture] Enabling FramePicture v1.7.7 [14:22:31] [Server thread/ERROR]: [FramePicture] You use a not-supported bukkit version! [14:22:31] [Server thread/ERROR]: [FramePicture] This FramePicture version is for Spigot 1.8! [14:22:31] [Server thread/INFO]: [FramePicture] Disabling FramePicture v1.7.7 [14:22:31] [Server thread/INFO]: [FramePicture] Plugin disabled!
Any chance of an update soon?
@goodsense
Very Nice Works Great on 1.8.3.
Thank you for Updating....
Our server seems to be having a strange issue. First off, we're running Spigot 1.8, and we have a problem where placing a picture, leaving, returning, and trying to break the pictures either leaves them unbreakable, or leaves a phantom item frame after breaking them. The phantom frames are cleaned up when the server restarts, but there's a bigger issue. We have our multiple worlds governed by Multiverse, and it seems teleporting to some areas with framepictures from a different world gives an Error:null message, makes their inventory vanish, and makes their chat stop responding until they relog. This by itself would just be a small annoyance, but teleporting to these areas from our creative world, which features a separate inventory, then causes the inventories to get confused even after relogging, leading me to believe they're being placed in some sort of pseudo-creative mode when the bug occurs. I removed the two framepictures from one offending area and had a server restart to clean up the phantom frames, and the area no longer caused this bug. However, there are also areas with framepictures where the bug does not occur, so I am at a loss.
This problem continued with 1.8.3 and the unofficial update.
@LordBoos
That's the version I'm using. Can u host somewhere server files with the plugin configured? I'd be really grateful.
BTW Check your inbox, I've sent you some private messages
@gsrmeen
It is only for 1.8.3, won't work on any other version.
