Frames in x0 or y0 of a chunk disappear after unloaded. #42

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Place a FramePicture in the 0 layer of a chunk. So right on the line between two chunks.
    2. Move away from the picture so that it is unloaded (or logout)
    3. Move back to the picture (or login)

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Instead of seeing the image loaded, you only see a frame and will never see the picture again until you re-make the image, but this problem will repeat. Therefore, no one will ever see the image unless they were standing with you when you made it (and that will be the only time they will see it).

    What version of the product are you using?
    FramePicture 1.7.5 and Spigot 1.8 c46583f-e6f95d4

    Quite interesting, related to http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/framepicture/tickets/40-pictures-invisible-to-other-players-and-myself-after/ because the frames I tested were on 0 at the x-axis.

    @Howaner: I reviewed my case and can confirm. The frames on 0 do not work. Others do. It also seems like that "zero-frames" can not be removed properly.

    @Krauti2: Go

    I've had the removal issue pretty much anywhere. The removal thing is frustrating, but not too bad since most of our images never need removal. But our spawn happens to need image frames in two locations that are in the 0 layer of chunks!

    Hope it can be fixed!
