What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Place an itemframe
2. Use /fp set imagename.png (not a URL - just the image name in the images folder)
3. Punch image (50% chance of frame not being removed)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect for itemframe to drop, frame ID to be removed. Instead, nothing happens, the picture remains and can't be removed.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest version (build 4) for spigot 1.8.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors are shown in console.

Sometimes after restarting server the frames can be removed - but not everytime.

Can you send me your world and your frames.yml?

Same thing for me, if you let the chunk to unload and then go to that chunk and try to remove the item frame you can't, there's a phantom item frame.

They got removed only after you restart the server...

This issue is incredibly annoying, as there is no way to remove the item frames. I would like to recommend the addition of a command to remove pictures, and possibly some admin commands to force remove or add pictures to a frame. Would this be possible?
