ForceIt is a very simply and very lightweight pluign. It is generally used as a "in-between" plugin. For example, when a minigame on your server ends and you want the winner to issue a "congratulations" message.
This plugin has no configuration, it is that lightweight. Just drop it into your plugins folder and there you go!
Commands and Permissions

| /force command [user] [command WITHOUT /] | Forces a user to issue a command |
| /force chat [user] [message] | Forces a user to say a chat message |
