Base Commands:

How to Use:
- Read the "READ ME!" file in the Zip
- Drag 1 out of the 2 choice plugins to you Plugins folder.
- Then reload or start up the server.
- Finally relax and enjoy
How to Install:
- Do '/fc' or '/forcechat'
- Choose a Player to Force! (He/She has to be online)
- Then type in the message you want them to Say
- it should look like this: /fc <name> <message>
