- There is a new, improved configuration
- To disable ANY feature, make the vault '0'. See Configuration Comments for more info
- On reload, or start up, the configuration comments STAY, and aren't deleted like before
- Added Economy (Again)
- My computer crashed and had to use a version without economy, that's why v1.3 doesn't have an economy

Inside the config, if you don't want the money to go to an account, leave 'EconomyAccountNameTier' to server account. Otherwise, set this to the account you want the money to go to.
