What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have Factions installed on a server using Multiverse.
2. Drag and drop Flags.jar, flagsborderpatrol.jar, flagscore.jar. Then restart server.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am expecting to be able to use this plugin with the modules without errors.
I get these errors in the console.

What version of the product are you using?
Flags v1.4.1

What type and version of Bukkit Host are you using (CraftBukkit, Spigot, MCPC+, etc.)?
Spigot

What land management system are you using (Grief Prevention, Residence, WorldGuard, None, etc.)?  What version?

Do you have an error log of what happened?
