Added ability to change fishing message colors in the config using standard Bukkit color codes.
Treasure Chest items are now editable in the config, just add item names to the list. Any items entered wrong will show up in the server log when the config loads and be replaced by RAW_FISH. Item names can be found here.
Removed pig and skeleton names to allow for mobs to despawn if not killed.
Added new weed: Rose (RIP in 1.7). Can be caught in snowy biomes.
