Removed anti-swear (causes a connection reset by peer on the client side). Here was the effect:

[moo_we_all_do]
chat*
<moo_we_all_do>
Here's how it goes:
[moo_we_all_do] See, the say command works fine.
moo_we_all_do left the game.
<moo_we_all_do> But this is what happens when you chat.
Added an if statement to check if the lore was empty
