Changelog

(+) You can now disable/enable the filler item. Although you are still not allowed to place anything in it's place
 
(+) You can now change the material (And data for pre 1.13). Filler items will have no name and no lore
 
(+)You can now disable the ender chest from the config and it will be replaced by a filler item
 
(+)You can now enable/disable the ability to modify the victim's hotbar while inspecting the ender chest
 
(+)You can now make the main inventory more compact (Removes the filler the row that had only the Change To Ender Chest Item moving it to the left of where the heal item is located regardless of whether the heal item is disabled or now) making it have 45 slots instead of 54.
 
(+)You can now make the ender inventory more compact (Removes the filler the row that had only the Change To Main Inventory Item moving it to the left of where the heal item is located regardless of whether the heal item is disabled or now) making it have 45 slots instead of 54 BUT if modifyHotbarInEnderChest is DISABLED that that row will also get skipped making the inventory only have 36 total slots
 
(+)You can now change where each slot starts (0, 9, 18, 27, 36, 45), defaultMain and defaultEnder takes 3 spaces each so you need to place them carefully. You can't have two slots starting on top of each other. (For more details check this link: https://pastebin.com/zzeM5HXc)
 
(+)Added the ability to reload the config using the console
