FamoustLottery is a easy configurateable and translateable multi lottery plugin for your Bukkit or Spigot Server. It supports signs and commands at the same time. The plugin is also able run without Vault as it has a build-in Item support. The easy ingame configuration and a optional mysql database support helps you creating and run infinite individual lotterys at the same time. With using the mysql database you are also able to connect with your website and present your users various statistics. FamoustLottery is very community friendly and unique ideas of users get added almost every time.

Additional Information
This plugin sends statistics about the usage to the server http://mcstats.org/. You can disable it in the config file under plugins/PluginMetrics if you put after opt-out true instead of false.

Posted Apr 15, 2016Hi, I've discovered a bug that you might not have noticed yet. If a player wins the lottery while offline, they can claim their prize when they log back in.... over and over. I had a Mod alert me when he found out he could, and that there was no limit to the amount of money he could get. This is a serious problem for my server. Please help me fix this.

The permissions for the commands are located here: http://www.feuerkralle.de/wiki/index.php?title=FamoustLottery_6.0 .I'm currently working on adding the other permissions but it does take some time to do so. The most you'll need would only be the FamoustLottery.edits.<section> command for editing lotteries ingame ;)

Ah now the config came back to normal, I redownloaded the jar, and removed my files. And it fixed, maybe it was either a config mistype that I left in it and it screwed up or something, maybe it would be good for the next update to have a reset config command or when the file is missing it can reconfigure itself without needing of a redownload of the plugin.

Never had such a bug in any way. Did you tried to redownload the .jar File? You could have downloaded a unfinished file. If this doesn't help let me know and I'll search for other causes.

Posted Jul 28, 2015Great plugin, it worked when I first started using it. I set it up and everything, but then all the sudden the config just changed on me.
This is the config.
Winners: Last: [] LastGame: Players: [] Time: 108 useEconomy: true
Literally just that, I'm pretty sure before that I set it up and it had more config.. I was going crazy for a second thinking this was literally it for the config. But then I searched up on your wordpress and I saw that I wasn't crazy and I was right, so I deleted the file restarted everything to reload the yml. But nope, same thing, so I did the same with the plugin and folder, but nope... I have no clue what caused this at all, I never did anything to config except change the amount of tickets you can buy and the intervals by 10 minutes every round.
Any fix?

I was already thinking about an ingame configuration as it seems that I'll change the plugin to a multi lottery plugin and such configuration system would make it much easy to configure a lot lotterys(or faster than moving to config file ;) ) The thing with bringing money from Administrators to the pot wouldn't be much work and could get added very fast.
Of course thank you for your Ideas(Would be nice if you could create a Ticket with all information I need to really create the Enhancments like you imagend)

Posted Jul 22, 2015could you add some thing to the plugin where you can have it setup so admins can add money from their balance to the pot in game? my server works a on a verry controlled economy and I don't like adding new money in game so it would be nice if i can have the money coming from our bank account in game. another thing that would be handy is changing the max amount of tickets they can buy in game before a lottery starts. some times i would like to host big events with the lottery but i want people to be able to buy only 1 ticket just for this round and ill add all the money to the pot. if you can do these adjustments ill donate to the plugin :D

That is somewhat confusing terminology, makes it sound like "What chance is there that taxes will be charged?" Like it's not guaranteed.
