Changelog

- fixed the bug that the tree rotates sometimes at the start of the fall (was a transformation mistake)

- added support for WorldGuard: blocks are only changed, if the cause has the permissions to build there

 

Tested with Bukkit 1.7.2, should work for all versions (because I use only the basic Bukkit API)! Write me if you've problems :).
