Okay there is a lot not working in this version but it is more of a proof of concept

Configuration file is incomplete. Nor does this interact with it at all

Faction Jails are partially done but disabled in this version (as they fail)

Permissions are a no-go in this version, again, still working on it. Although some basic permission stuff is done, nothing important really
