Please set mobsPerFaction to -1 in the config.yml to have no limit. Setting it to 0 disables mob spawning altogether.
Exactly the same as v2.01 except requires Factions 1.6.9.5 instead of 1.8.2. This file is marked as beta because you are encouraged to use v2.01.
