• Added vault integration so money rewards can be given
• Added a new way to start tutorials by hitting NPCs
• Added command shortcuts /tut and /t
• Added color to the start signs
• Changed command responses and colors
• Fixed command response errors

* Make sure you're running the most recent CraftBukkit version
* Make sure you know what you're doing with the config settings
