EzTutorial Official Release / Bug fixes v2.0

• Fixed potion effect and walk speed error when leaving the server during a tutorial
• Added new command /tutorial startplayer <tutorial name> <target player> that will allow anyone with the permission tutorial.startplayer to put other players through tutorials
• Added a permission to the start signs, give user groups tutorial.start to be able to use the start signs for tutorials
• Added a new feature "New Player Default Tutorial" in the config. Allows you to set a tutorial for new players to automatically be put through as well as a join message

* Make sure you're running the most recent CraftBukkit version
* Make sure you know what you're doing with the config settings
