simpletpall.* - Gives access to /tpall command.

Actually, there isn't a config file at the moment.

==== Requirements ====

Compatible with Bukkit 1.6 to 1.7.4. (Older versions not tested, future versions will most probably be compatible.)

==== Optional ====

Some permission plugin, not necessary tho, since the /heal and /h commands are usable only by Ops by default. (If you want a permission plugin tho, I recommend PermissionsEx, grab it here: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/permissionsex/)
