    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Change a setting in the config file and save file
    2. Restart the server
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Changes are still in file but changes are overwritten

    What version of the product are you using?
    latest on download

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No
