/fly

turns fly mode on

/unfly

turns fly mode off

/on

turns fly mode on

turns god mode on

turns god mode off

gives you 100 health

/reset

resets your player

/essentialsadmin

lists all of the commands

/ea

lists all of the commands

/info

lists info about the plugin

/hi

sends you a welcome message message

/hey

sends you a welcome message

/hello

sends you a welcome message

/kit_admin

gives you admin tools

/noclip

allows you to noclip

/unnoclip

turns off noclip

/lobby

sends you to the main world(you can change the location in the config file)

/sit

sits the player down

/stand

stands the player up
