Added features:

• New rewards:
  • Quest, thus enabling chain quests
  • Permissions
  • Permission group
• "Not_Random" feature working, further enabling chain quests by not making them available from the standard command

Bug fixes:

• The money rewards option in the config now properly works
• Plugin will detect if "Vault" has been set as money plugin before trying to enable it
• Changed "questlist" to "questbook" in the help command
