EM v5.1.2 Patch Release build

Changelog compared to last release (5.1.1)

• Patched exp dupe bug when a player dies but keeps their exp, previously it dropped the exp and let them keep the exp they had.
• Micro-optimizations on a few events
• DeathManager revamped, you can now disable entities from dropping exp or items. In the future there will be options to set how much exp certain entities drop, and what items they drop. This is all whats in store for this plugin, remember to stay updated ;)

* Regular potions blocking not working, it will be fixed on the next bukkit beta (I wont release a file for the latest dev builds yet, as not many people are running them, The latest dev builds provide a way to block consumables )
