Changelog compared to last release (5.0)

• + Admin alerts apply to the admins present in the world the alert applies to
• + Added a config revision, support for auto config updates.
• += Fixed non natural worlds not being detected, they initially don't but when you use /em reload or just teleport to that world, the config generates.
• - Removed the ugly stacktrace that was thrown when a config file couldn't be found for a world. It's replaced with a 1 line error, except it should only occur once because the error triggers the missing config files to generate.

Notes

• The config files should all update themselves, if not then erase them all, enable the plugin then if you have non-natural worlds (ones generated with multiworld / multiverse) use /em reload to generate the missing config files.
