Changelog compared to last release (4.5.6)

• Plugin essentials rewritten, make sure to delete your old files!!!
• One config will generate per world
• /em reload will reload all configs
• Most things you block can be overridden with a specific permission, the perm list will be listed soon.
• Basically the plugin works, and it works so much more efficiently then before.
• Metrics removed
