EM v4.5.4 Long-Time Release build

Changelog compared to last release (4.5.3)

• Fixed EM-17, EM-18, and EM-20
• Removed explosion listener, was a broken feature anyway.
• Small code cleanup

Future Development

• Due to the tons of new entity related stuff being added and the general lack of a good API to control them I won't be trying. This project has become very boring and a headache to maintain unfortunately.
