Changelog compared to last release (4.5)

• Fixed spawner egg blocking, it was completely broken, its now fixed.
• Fixed enable messages to include all worlds if all worlds enabled in config
• Motd now uses a random color for every join.
• Added a enabling time estimate when entitymanager finishes loading
