Changelog compared to last release (4.2.6)

• Built against Bukkit 1.3.1-R1.0
• += Added commands help command : /em help
• += Added set yield for explosions, Default is -1 which doesn't change yield. Note Yield only works if your Explosion level is 0. Yield is the amount of drops you get from an explosion, a high value will make all the blocks a creeper destroys drop an item. (No lost blocks to explosions)
