EM v4.0 Release build

• Fixed issue with worldguard regions flag: mob-spawning, mobs would still spawn.
• Fixed permission for no hunger , accidentally used entitymanager.admin.
• Re-written spawn egg code.. again. Now should work flawlessly.
• Fixed PigZapEvent, extremely not important, but fixed anywayz.
• Added custom exceptions.
• Added custom annotations on classes
