EM v3.2.8 Beta build

Changelog compared to last release (3.2)

Approx. 8 builds of progress since 3.2, all of those not nearly stable enough for a release

• Working on alert system, during test still could not get it to work although the code looks fine.
• Added a Login message, togglable through the config
• New command, /mc mobs - Lists mobs that are blocked
• Added a potions block from dispensers
• Re-Formated config
• A much better creature spawn detection and removal system.
• Removed autoupdate messages as they also did not work during tests.
• This is a beta, I'm working on:

1. More messages when a player is blocked from doing something
2. Fix alerting system
3. Potentially fix and re-add the update reminder feature

This is a Beta

• Disabling metrics in config doesn't stop metrics from loading
• Alerting system is in shambles, working on repairing it
• Potentially other bugs
