AntiSpawnEgg v2.4 was compiled against 1.2.4!

1. Tested and working WorldGuard support (Only used to block eggs in areas they can't build, i.e. spawn)
2. Tested and working Vault support (Economy only, if not installed then plugin works fine)
3. Made messages sent to player no longer customizable, but they are "custom" themselves
4. Added a node for each egg, if egg is blocked in config, this node overrides that and allows them to use that egg.
5. Economy support - Charge a custom amount of money per egg use, could be useful for RPG servers? or just in general to prevent mods spamming
6. Large improvement compared to 2.2.1 and 2.3 beta, this version is STABLE and Recommended for everyone using my plugin.
