Changed how egg blocking works. Disabledeggs in config now globally blocks eggs, players with permission can spawn all eggs that aren't disabled in the config.
Added Blocking of xp bottles from dispensers
Added blocking of fire charges, chicken eggs, xp bottles thrown by player
- Blocking objects thrown by players works the same as disabled eggs, if the object is blocked in config then the player with permission can't use that specific object, but if it isnt blocked the player needs the permission node.
