Version 5.3: Various bug-fixes, most notable being the config files sometimes not loading correctly when typing /cmds reload. Also updated permission nodes.
Version 5.2: Added new features; most notable of which being the ability to configure what happens when simply pressing Enter on your console keyboard.
Version 5.1: Fixed a bug where typing "/restart_warning" would cause the plugin to send you a usage message.
