- Added an option to disable negative enchants.

- Added an option to show enchantment levels as roman numerals for higher levels.

- Added a new permission node 'EndlessEnchant.level.x'. (Where "x" is a number)

- Removed crash protection code for negative enchantments, may be added back later If requested.

- Removed the permission 'EndlessEnchant.level.bypass'.

- Fixed a bug with the permission handling code that affected GroupManager.

- Fixed a bug with '/ee add' not giving proper information when using high enchantment levels.

- Updated to support the current and future versions of Bukkit.

- Roman numerals currently don't show up on enchanted books.
