My final suggestion, I swear.
The option to have dragons health degrade after a certain amount of defined time. Say I put 30 minutes, after 30 minutes the dragons health will start to drop by X health every Y seconds. I suppose the easier option would be to have it just die after the 30 minutes but I think seeing the health degrade would be neater.
This is so that players don't feel overwhelmed by a dragon spawning in the world and them being unlucky enough to be online alone and it being in their town.
Not 100% sure if this will work for unloaded dragons. Actually I'm sure It wont work without some ugly workarounds.
Still good idea. Should be possible for loaded dragons. I see, what I can do.
