(/) Changed command names and permissions

/ecv - Opens the ender chest vault - Permission: enderchestvault.openwithcmd

/ecvreload - Reloads the config - Alias: /ecvr - Permission: enderchestvault.reload

/ecvinfo or /ecvinfo [player] - See how many pages you have / other player has - Alias: /ecvi - Permissions:  enderchestvault.infoself and enderchestvault.others

(-) Removed add/remove/change number of pages command. If you want to give someone more pages simply give them this permission: enderchestvault.pages.(number of pages. Exmaple enderchestvault.pages.2 = 2 Pages). Permission can be assigned to a  player or a group. Even if there are multiple permissions the plugin will choose the highest one.

(/) Changed the way items are saved, old players.yml is now invalid, added new file data.yml in its place.

(/) Changed config.yml, old config.yml will get updated automatically

(+) Added the ability to change the filler item material and data(for pre 1.13). Filler items have no name and no lore

(+) Added the ability to change the next/previous page item material, data(for pre 1.13), name and lore.

(+) Added the ability to enter item item material, data(for pre 1.13), name and lore.

(+) Added enableSpecialPermission setting and specialPermission. If enableSpecialPermission  is true and player (or group) has the specialPermission then they will be able to use the maximum number of pages (99). Disabled by default.

(+) Added isEnderChestEnabled setting. Setting this to false will disabled to ability the enter the ender chest vault by right clicking an ender chest but players can still enter the ender chest by using the command /ecv if the have permission.

(-)Removed previous versions of this plugin as they were either too buggy/broken and didn't offer support for versions 1.8 - 1.19.1
