Fixed a bug which could result in Silk Touch furnaces being enchanted with Silk Touch 0 and not functioning
Changed default permissions to allow users to use anvils to enchant and combine furnaces, as it is now relatively issue-free
EnchantedFurnace's handling of Efficiency and anvils may break in different Minecraft versions. EnchantedFurnace 1.5.1 is only guaranteed to work on Spigot 1.8.0-1.9, and does not work on 1.7.10 and earlier.
