NOTE: Make sure to delete your config file whenever you update the plugin. Copy the elevators section out of your old config to keep your saved elevators.
New in this version:
Adding [nodoor] to a sign on an existing elevator now works.
Command blocks, dispensers, and hoppers are now activated by call signs of [nodoor] elevators, in addition to levers.
Wooden elevator doors cannot be opened if elevator car is not on floor.
Block place is properly canceled if clicking while holding an item.
