    The experience is not even updating so in other words i'm spending it all then it is going straight back to where I was at as soon as I get more exp.

    Not updating when you use the enchanting table, you mean? If so, then yes, this was a nasty Bukkit bug. It's been fixed in Version 0.4.0+ though. :)
