New features:
+ "/warn [OfflinePlayer]": Warns an offline-player
+ "/unwarn [OfflinePlayer]": Reset the level of an offline-player
+ "/warnings [player]": Shows warnings of that player

Improvements:
* "/easywarn": Improved help
* Language files included in the package

If you update, you will need to delete the old "EasyWarn"-folder!

• You have to delete your "EasyWarn"-folder if you update! (You can try to copy warnings of players to the new file!)
