Creating and using warp signs is very simple.

To create a warp, simple place a sign and set the first and second lines as shown here.
You can use any of the following for the first line:
"[EASYWARP]", "[EW]", "[EASY WARP]", "[EWARP]", "[E WARP]", "[E W]", "[WARP]"
The third and forth lines can be filled out with whatever you want, a description, your name, or just left blank, it doesn't matter.

To use a warp sign, a player must have the correct permissions which changes depending on the config (permissions link at top). A warp sign is used by simply right clicking on a warp sign.

Second, I have a question: What is the command for making the sign? I can't see imgur images because my router block imgur. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

it's not a command, here's how:
place a sign
write [EasyWarp] on the first line and the warp name on the second
