• signs are now working even if the shopowner isn't online
• changed economy API from Register to Vault
• now supporting all major permissions plugins additionally to superperms

Incorrect sign permissions:
For now they are dynshop.buy.sign and dynshop.sell.sign
In version 1.44 they will be fixed to dynshop.customer.buy.sign and dynshop.customer.sell.sign
