What steps will reproduce the problem?
1./Market add
2./Market remove

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Add or remove items to the market. An error saying the admin and console do not have permission to use the commands.

What version of the product are you using?
v0.1.1.0

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No.

Please provide any additional information below.
The command works when I op someone on the server, but not from the console or when i give some all permissions.
