What steps will reproduce the problem?

(1.) Taxes set to: salestax: 0.02 purchasetax: 0.03 (2.) or Taxes set to: salestax: 2.0 purchasetax: 3.0 (3.) Buy or Sell an item

I've tried this with multiple versions... It used to work. Is it just me?

Can you upload a new working image?

Also, is this a global tax or region tax?

Global Tax setting. I have salestax set to 2.0 and purchasetax set to 3.0

It's Global taxes, Local region taxes override the local ones. I set the region tax to the rates I wanted and it worked.

Just wondering if this is intentional...
