What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I would like this plugin to be able to support custom item ID's which I can simple put into the items.yml file and use them

Please provide any additional information below.

Obviously the item ID limit is 16bits so a cap would be necessary

The whole way it works needs to be the id to be what it really is.... What use would it be to change it anyways?

Oh I think you're referring to ID's like for items in Tekkit.
