This works in the latest bukkit DEV build for 1.1

• Fixed useboundaries and usestock
  • Previously, they weren't being used in the new engine
  • if useboundaries is false, the minimum price is .01 and the maximum is 10000000.
    • Because even if you don't want a floor, you can't really have a 0 price or a negative price
