This happens only sometimes but when a dwarve dies they spawn at monster spawn but with no eggs to choose class. If they kill themselves they spawn in the real world with eggs.

ok, I could not reproduce your problem. Please try to get the circumstances when it happens.

But I also did not have much time, I will look into it again later next week.

It happens when the assassin kills you. You spawn with no eggs to choose from.

Is there another way to choose the first mob instead of an assassin? Like random kill a dwarf?
