Fixed display of message that announces when a duel is started. Bug Fix:

• Dead players that respawn their inventory is restored as normal but when they die again outside of a duel, shows "there was an error restoring your inventory" upon dying outside of a duel.
• allowed /duel list in a duel to see status(es) of other duels

• May not allow any command inside of a duel, if this does occur please report it to me. As i have not tested this build thoroughtly.
