Hook into Essentials and allow /dt home <name> #235

    It would be neat if you could hook into Essentials existing home system and use /dt home to travel to those named home locations( or /home for /dt home). Add a config option "UseEssentialsHomes: true/false" in case plugin users wish to keep DT homes seperate from Essentials Homes.
